Mandatory Unboxing Video
To qualify for a return or exchange, a complete unboxing video is required.
Your video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The entire unboxing process in one continuous shot
- No edits, cuts, retakes, or filters
Without this video proof, all return or damage claims will be declined instantly.
Not Eligible for Return
Products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or wear after delivery will not qualify for refund or exchange.
If Your Return Is Approved
You must send the product back in:
- Original, unused condition
- All original packaging, including SHYNAA jewellery boxes and accessories
