At SHYNAA, we pack every order with care and aim to deliver your jewelry safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Shipping Partners

We ship all orders through trusted courier services across India. Our partners are selected to ensure safe handling, reliable deliveries, and proper tracking.


Delivery Timelines (India)

All domestic orders are usually delivered within:

• 3 to 10 business days — depending on your state, courier speed, and workload.

Remote or far locations may take a little longer due to limited courier connectivity.


Correct Address & Phone Number Required

Please provide:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • Correct PIN code
  • Active mobile number

The delivery agent may call you anytime for delivery.
Missed calls often result in failed delivery attempts.

If a parcel returns to us due to wrong / incomplete address, or repeated delivery failures, the customer must pay the shipping charges again for re-shipping.
Refunds are not issued for RTO parcels.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • A tracking link

Please track your parcel regularly.
Since we rely on third-party courier services, we do not control delivery delays, reattempts, or courier errors.


Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To claim any issue, including damaged, missing, or defective items:

  • A continuous unboxing video is compulsory
  • Video must start by showing the parcel 360° in sealed condition
  • No trims, cuts, edits, or filters
  • Every step of opening must be recorded clearly

Without an unboxing video, ALL complaints will be rejected — no exceptions.


Unexpected Delays

Deliveries may face delays due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier load
  • Festivals / holidays
  • Traffic restrictions
  • Remote-area logistics issues

We request your patience in such rare cases.


Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): ₹70
  • International shipping rates vary by weight and destination
    (International orders may require communication through Instagram DM or WhatsApp.)

Customs charges or country-specific fees (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility.


Order Details Cannot Be Changed After Placing

Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify:

  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Product
  • Payment method
